The Epilepsy Research Institute and SUDEP Action are offering a co-funded Fellowship to support an early career researcher to investigate epilepsy and SUDEP. This may include how to reduce the risks associated with of SUDEP and other preventable epilepsy deaths as well as the impact and cost of preventable epilepsy deaths/SUDEP on bereaved families, health system and the wider community.

Applications are invited for awards of up to £300,000, over one to four years (FTE).
Emerging Leader Fellowship awards provide research funding for researchers planning to develop a track record in epilepsy research and seeking to transition into research leadership. Funds will cover the Fellow’s salary, support staff costs and project running costs.
