Isaac Egesa is an early-career researcher and epidemiologist with research focused on optimising antiseizure medication treatment in epilepsy through Sequential Multiple Assignment Randomised Trials (SMART), using existing data to inform adaptive treatment decisions.
His research interests include the optimisation of antiseizure medications, adaptive interventions and SMART trial designs, target trial emulation, and the use of external data in clinical trials.
