Professor Sameer Zuberi
Genetic aetiologies of neurological disorders, defining genotype–phenotype relationships, technology and innovation, clinical trials.
Professor Zuberi is a consultant paediatric neurologist and leads the Paediatric Neurosciences Research Group at the University of Glasgow. His clinical and research interests include epilepsy, neurogenetics, technology and innovation and the neurological sleep disorders. He is clinical lead of the National Services Scotland funded Genetic Epilepsy Service and sits on the Board of the European Brain Council.
Professor Zuberi is a Board Member of the European Paediatric Neurology Society and immediate past President. He is a Member of several International League Against Epilepsy Task Forces including Syndrome Classification & SNOMED and was Chair of the ILAE Commission on Classification & Terminology 2013-17.
