As you can imagine epilepsy is a difficult condition to live with. From the outside, I appear normal and healthy. However, I suffer psychologically not knowing when or how big my next seizure will be. I wake up every day wondering, “will today be another seizure day?” I’m supporting the Epilepsy Research Institute to help improve the confidence and lives of the 1 in every 103 people who have the condition in the UK today.
