This opportunity is only open to members of our Shape Network – the UK’s largest network of research-interested people affected by epilepsy. If you’re not already a member, you can sign up to the network today.
Our Scientific Advisory Committee recently shortlisted applications for our 2024-25 grant round. You can read more about the meeting here. Before shortlisted applicants submit their full proposals, we’re inviting Shape Network members to participate in our Application Clinics. This is an opportunity to learn about the cutting-edge projects being proposed, shape researchers’ final applications, and influence the research we fund.
What’s involved?
- Reading the plain English summary section of the research application.
- Attending a 45-minute virtual call (on Zoom) in December to discuss the application with the researcher and other Shape Network members.
- Calls will be scheduled around your availability, with some evening slots available. A member of our Research Team will facilitate the call.
As a thank-you for your time, we’ll offer a small payment in recognition of your contribution.
