England’s iconic river sets the stage for an unforgettable adventure. Join over 3,000 others at the Putney Bridge start line and follow the historic Thames Path for 100km of breath-taking scenery all the way to Henley. The route winds through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor – a truly memorable journey past royal parks, historic landmarks, and stunning riverside views.

Whether you tackle the full distance, opt for the half, quarter, or three-quarter challenge – every kilometre you walk or run can help raise vital funds for epilepsy research.
