We will be joined by Dr Owen Pickrell, Consultant Neurologist and Honorary Clinical Associate Professor at Swansea University Medical School, who will provide an overview of the principles of Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable (FAIR) data and explore how big data can open new opportunities and accelerate progress in epilepsy research.
Health Data Research UK colleagues Giselle Kerry and Dr Eóghan Forde will also join us to share the purpose and importance of using tools like the Gateway, offering a brief overview of its core functionalities, including search, enquiries, and the data access mechanism.
